Coming from indigenous origins, Lewis Mehl-Madrona has been
interested throughout his life in the contributions that
his culture can make to mainstream society. He
grew up on the Kentucky-Tennessee border in the United
States, a rural area where, even today, 60% of families
have household incomes less than $10,000 per year.
What these people do have, however, is a culture rich in
story and in healing traditions. When he entered
Stanford University School of Medicine in California, in
1973, Lewis realized that his culture had much to offer
mainstream society – through its understanding of the
power of story and through its understanding of healing
and transformation. After graduation from medical
school, Lewis completed training programs in family
medicine and in psychiatry at the University of Vermont
College of Medicine. He is American Board
Certified in these specialties and has taught at several
U.S. medical schools, including the University of
Arizona and the University of Pittsburgh. In July
2005, he came to Canada, where is now Associate
Professor of Family Medicine and Psychiatry at the
University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine.
Lewis is the author of three books. Coyote

New York, 1998) explores his efforts to integrate his
aboriginal origins and culture into his medical
practice. Coyote Healing: Miracles from Native

Robert Augustus Masters:
My passion is to fuel, illuminate, and support the
living of a deeper life, a life of love, integrity, and
fully alive awakening. Providing environments (both
inner and outer) in which deep healing and
transformation can take place is my vocation and
privilege.
Having just reached my 60th birthday, I notice that I am
finding freedom more through intimacy - intimacy not
only with my beloved Diane, but also with all that is -
than through transcendence. There is a deeply satisfying
joy for me in passing on what I have learned, especially
through my integral psychotherapy apprenticeship
programs and the couples intensives that I do with
Diane.
Since 1977 I've worked as a psychotherapist (I have a
Ph.D. in Psychology), group leader, bodyworker, and
teacher of spiritual deepening practices, integrating
the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual in my
practice. Most weekends these days I'm leading groups or
trainings.
Evolving in fitting parallel with this has been my
writing, which is as much a passion for me as
facilitating deep groupwork. I've authored eight books,
including Divine Dynamite, Darkness Shining Wild, and,
most recently, Transformation Through Intimacy. My
essays have appeared in magazines ranging from Magical
Blend to the Journal of Transpersonal Psychology, as
well as in several anthologies. And running rampant
through all my writing is my poetry, keeping my prose on
its toes.

Hi I'm Asara Lovejoy, the number one problem solver in
the world who guarantees results. I can make this
promise because I have discovered something quite
amazing about who we are as human beings - that within
our brain and our mind we have the capacity to change
any idea, limitation doubt or fear in a moment into

beta, ordinary thinking - which I call our horizontal
relationship with the outside world - and alpha, theta
and delta which I call the vertical relationship with
our hopes, dreams and desires - and eventually came to
know what extraordinary beings we truly are. What we can
accomplish is so magnificent it astounds the limited
beta mind.
The path to our greatness is so simple. It is through
conscious access to our extraordinary states, the theta
brain wave, lived daily. The wonderful success stories
from those who have expanded their minds to new
possibilities by lowering their brain to theta
consciously and issuing The One Command astounds me
every time I hear another almost seemingly, "magical
event". Yet it quite quickly can and does become the
rule rather than the exception.

As an international speaker and author, Jim
Self is often
introduced as a teacher's teacher and a healer's healer. He has been leading seminars and teaching healing,

Billie Ortiz - In 2000, I attended a Jeremy Taylor
workshop which opened my eyes to the gentle power of the
projective method of dreamwork that Jeremy has been
teaching around the world for the past 40 years. By
everyone in the group using the "if it were my dream"
format, I began to see how the comments made to each
dreamer "sank in" in a different manner than anything I
had witnessed before. I watched, completely enthralled,
as a group of 25 virtual strangers was suddenly
communicating in an egalitarian and empathetic way. Every dream became everybody's dream. I had an epiphany
that weekend realizing, not only are the dreams healing
for us as individuals, but the compassionate sharing
between a group with the common purpose of a deeper
emotional awareness through a better understanding of
our dreams can ultimately be healing for the entire
planet.
In August of 2003 the Dreamwork Retreat was born and is

Ananda McIntosh

Cris McCullough
Known locally as THE DIVA OF DIVINATION, I began my
journey to explore and explain the mysteries of
Divination at the tender age of five. I remember having
a conversation with, what I assume, was Divine Source.
The song "Row,Row,Row Your Boat" was being sung in the
background. When it got to the part "...and Life is but
a Dream", the music swelled as if sung by a choir of
angels. Then a beautiful voice said very clearly, "Am I
dreaming you? Or are you dreaming Me?" From then on my
early childhood was peppered with incidents of deja vu,
premonition, shape shifting and astral projection which
were explained away in my good Catholic, French Canadian
family as a child's active imagination.
I am a psychic with an international clientele who has
been practicing for the past 35 years. In my
metaphysical practice I offer crystal healing, Spiritual
Astrology, Numerology. As a holistic counselor with a MA
degree from Salve, I have been in private practice for
13 years with training and certifications in Body Talk
Systems, Hakomi, Reiki, and other types of energy
medicine. I apprenticed for 17 years with Native teacher
Oh Shinnah and studied shamanism with the likes of
